Returns the minimum value of two numeric values.

２つの数値の最小の値を返します。

Parameters:

パラメータ：

<b>value1</b>   -   The first numeric value.
              最初の数値。

<b>value2</b>   -   The second numeric value.
              ２番目の数値。

<b>value1</b> - The first numeric value.

最初の数値。

<b>value2</b> - The second numeric value.

２番目の数値。
